PAC-CLAD Metal Systems FAQs

Yes. ECM manufactures the PAC-150, Tite-Loc Plus, and Edge-Loc 1.0 panel systems in-house, combining PAC-CLAD’s proven panel engineering with ECM’s precision manufacturing and quality control.

The PAC-150 is a 1.5 inch mechanically seamed panel that locks to 90 or 180 degrees based on wind uplift requirements. The Tite-Loc Plus is a 2 inch structural panel mechanically seamed to a full 180 degree double lock for maximum weather protection, and the Edge-Loc 1.0 is an economical snap-together panel for fast, clean installations.

Mechanical seaming uses a powered seamer to fold the panel seams into an interlocked connection, creating one of the most weather-tight and wind-resistant systems in roofing. The PAC-150 and Tite-Loc Plus both require mechanical field seaming after installation.

Yes. The PAC-150 carries a UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift rating, and the Tite-Loc Plus is UL 90 classified over solid substrates, making both systems well suited for hurricane-prone regions.

Yes. The PAC-150 and Tite-Loc Plus are designed for slopes as low as 1/2:12, making them among the few standing seam systems suitable for low-slope architectural and structural applications.

The PAC-150 is available in 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum. The Tite-Loc Plus is available in 24 gauge steel and .032 and .040 aluminum, and the Edge-Loc 1.0 is available in 24 gauge steel.

Panels are finished in 70 percent PVDF coatings engineered to resist fading, chalking, and weather damage. Download the color guide on this page to view the full range of standard, metallic, and cool roof colors.

The Tite-Loc Plus uses a concealed floating clip system that allows panels to expand and contract with temperature changes without stressing the fasteners. This protects the roof’s integrity across decades of thermal cycling.

Yes. The PAC-150 can be curved to a minimum radius of 10 feet, either in the field or at the factory, making it suitable for barrel roofs and curved architectural details.
